Leads:

McClure Coordinators gathers leads from homeowners, HOA boards, and property management companies on projects where contractors are needed. We then sell those leads to our prioritized contractors or seek out new contractors in the area where the job is to be done and sell them those leads. We price our leads out based on the estimated job value.

2. Marketing Campaigns:

McClure Coordinators offers monthly marketing campaigns to grow your business. Our means of marketing include but are not limited to social media such as Facebook, Facebook groups, Instagram, and X. Our standard deal is $15 a month for 25 ad listings on social media. We are able to use client ads or build customized ads for $5. 

3. Contractor Priority Membership Agreement

McClure Coordinators has a membership program where contractors are able to receive extra deals for just $3.99 per month. This agreement includes 10 additional marketing listings, discount deals, and priority picks when contacting contractors for new leads.
